Online Booking

We launched a new ticketing system in August 2012, so if you haven’t booked with us since this time and already have an email address registered with us, you will have to click on 'Forgotten your password?' in order to have a new password sent to you.

All multi-buy ticket offers, including Family Tickets, Group Bookings of 10+ and Multi-buys are now available for you to book online, and all customers can sign up, login or re-set passwords – just follow the prompts on screen.

We love the new system, but understand that it's quite different from how you might have been used to booking online tickets in the past. Safari Internet Browsers and Cookies

Some customers using Safari internet browsers are having problems with booking tickets online. Our ticketing software providers have advised that the problem is caused by Safari's decision to default the browser to refusing 3rd party cookies (something that no other browser does). This means that any site that includes content from a 3rd party iframe (such as Facebook for example, where apps run on Facebook in 3rd party frames) cannot download the cookies needed to track items in the basket and allow people to log in. This is a privacy issue, not a security issue.

Please be assured that the problem is not to do with using Apple Macs, but rather using Safari as an internet browser. Mac users can download the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer and will have no problems booking tickets.

There is little our ticketing providers, Spektrix can do about this problem at the moment, but they are developing a way round this using the very latest web standards (HTML 5) but this fix is some way off. In the meantime, they have tried to handle it by detecting the browser and displaying a message showing how to allow the cookie.
