How to Pay

Credit and Debit Cards
We accept most major cards (but NOT American Express or Electron). Please note a charge of £1 per transaction applies to credit card payments.
 
Cash, Cheques
Please make cheques (supported with a guarantee card) payable to Exeter Northcott and post to FREEPOST address to the right.
 
Reservations
Tickets may be reserved for up to 5 days or until midday on the day of the performance, whichever is the sooner.
 
Exchanges & Refunds
Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative performance of a production (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before a performance. Refunds are not available, although tickets may be offered for resale once all other tickets have been sold. There is a £2 fee per ticket for this service and the original tickets must be returned to the Box Office.
 
Gift Vouchers
Exeter Northcott gift vouchers and National Theatre tokens are available at the Box Office and may be used to purchase tickets for all Exeter Northcott events.
 
Concessions
Please see individual production pages for concessions. Please note that only one concession applies per ticket.

Open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8pm (Wednesdays 11am to 8pm) and on Sunday's one hour before the performance. On non-performance days the Box Office is open until 6pm.
