How to Pay
Credit and Debit Cards We accept most major cards (but NOT American Express or Electron). Please note a charge of £1 per transaction applies to credit card payments.
Cash, Cheques Please make cheques (supported with a guarantee card) payable to The Exeter Northcott Theatre Company and post to the FREEPOST address to the right.
Reservations Tickets may be reserved for up to 5 days or until midday on the day of the performance, whichever is the sooner.
Exchanges & Refunds We will be pleased to exchange your tickets for an alternative performance of the same production (subject to availability) up to 24 hours before the performance starts or credit your theatre account in full. Credits are valid for two years from the date of issue. Alternatively we are happy to try and re-sell your tickets but cannot guarantee this. If they are re-sold you will be refunded, less a handling charge of £2 per ticket. Original tickets must be returned to the Box Office in order to benefit from this service.
Gift Vouchers Exeter Northcott gift vouchers and National Theatre tokens are available at the Box Office and may be used to purchase tickets for all Exeter Northcott events.
