Northcott Futures

We’re committed to making Devon a place theatre makers can develop their creative practise and build careers within the arts.

This is why we launched Exeter Northcott Futures in 2019, a programme of support and resources for emerging theatre makers, and why, after a successful (if somewhat interrupted) pilot year, we’re now expanding that for the year ahead.

We’re specifically offering three ‘early career’ programmes, running Feb-July 2021, and featuring a mix of mentoring, master-classes, peer-support, and production/work-experience opportunities:

• Artists/Makers Programme
• Technical Theatre Programme
• Producers Programme

We’re also offering two further opportunities for companies at a more advanced stage in their development (from Feb 2021, for up to 18 months) and featuring a bespoke package of mentoring, practical support, production investment, and performance/project opportunities:

• Associate Companies Scheme
