1.U26 membership is open to anyone aged 14 to 25 years.
2. Membership will expire one year from the date of purchase.
3. All benefits of U26 Membership are subject to availability.
4. U26 members may only book a maximum of 2 discounted tickets per show.
5. A U26 member’s £5 sign up credit cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts or be applied to tickets already purchased.
6. Membership cards and associated details are not transferable and can only be used by the named cardholder to book tickets or receive discounts.
7. Any ticket discounts cannot be claimed when booking tickets via other ticket agencies.
8. Bar and food discounts can only be applied to the named card holder(s).
9. Members may be required to show proof of age to confirm their eligibility for membership concessions.
10. Members will be informed of upcoming shows details, available U26 discounts and special offers and any additional opportunities via a monthly email.
11. Members’ names and contact details will be stored on a database. With your opt-in, we can send you information and offers relating to Exeter Northcott Theatre.
12. Exeter Northcott Theatre shall store and process your personal data in accordance with any applicable Data Protection legislation.
13. Members have the right to elect whether or not to receive further information regarding performances at, or activities organised by, the Exeter Northcott Theatre. If you should change your mind at any time during your membership, please notify us by contacting our Box Office on 01392 72 63 63 or emailing [email protected].
14. Exeter Northcott Theatre reserves the right to reject an application for membership or to terminate a membership at any time due to reason of misconduct or unacceptable behaviour by a member. In the event that Exeter Northcott Theatre terminates a membership in accordance with this clause, no refund will be given to that member for the cost of his/her/their membership for any remaining period of his/her/their membership.
15. Member’s £5 sign up credit must be used within the membership period. If a member’s £5 sign up credit has not been redeemed by expiry of the membership period, no refund of the £5 credit will be given.
16. Exeter Northcott Theatre reserves the right to make alterations to this Membership scheme without prior notice.
17. A member’s discount can only be applied to shows promoted at Exeter Northcott Theatre.
18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising in connection with your membership.
