How to Get Involved

Applicants must be South West based and aged 18+ years.

You should already have a reasonable track record of professional work, but how much experience you have is less important than how exciting your ideas are – we’re keen to work with companies/collectives who have a clear sense of what they need/want to achieve next and how a relationship with the Northcott might help them do that.

As part of our commitment to addressing historic under-representation of certain groups within the arts, we positively welcome applications from people of African and Caribbean heritage, people of South Asian, East Asian and South East Asian Heritage, D/deaf and disabled people, LGBTQ+ people and those experiencing barriers due to their socio-economic background. We also guarantee to interview any suitably qualified d/Deaf and/or disabled applicants.

We are currently reviewing the Associate Programme in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Please feel free to get in touch with Helen Bovey for an informal chat about the programme,
