You are invited to a day of free family-friendly activities at the Barnfield Theatre

SUNDAY 29 MAY, 10AM – 3PM – DROP IN ANYTIME

People of all ages can take part in craft sessions, see exhibitions, live performances and technical demonstrations, and join guided tours of backstage areas to learn about the theatre’s past, the communities that call it home and its exciting future.

The open house event is a chance for people to hear about and provide feedback on our plans for the Barnfield before it fully reopens in September 2022.

We took over management of the Barnfield earlier this year and have since been restoring the building to protect it for future generations and realise its potential as a vibrant creative hub for artists, communities and young people in Exeter.

We’d like to extend a warm welcome to both Barnfield regulars and newcomers to the building. This is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to have some fun, find out more about this wonderful space, and discover how we’re hoping to re-shape it to better serve the communities of Exeter in future.

Daniel Buckroyd, Artistic Director at Exeter Northcott Theatre

The open house event requires no booking.
