There’s no denying that the last year has been challenging for all of us, but in the face of adversity we must take the time to reflect on the strength we have gained, and the moments of joy we wouldn’t have experienced otherwise. Did you take up baking? Dancing with Oti? Exercising with Joe? How many sunsets did you stop to admire? Did you take the plunge and start sea swimming? Or perhaps you just stopped and held on to those you love a little tighter?
